• Major responsibility is to analyze Drive Test log files and troubleshooting of RF problems using TEMS and Actix.
• Coordination with DT teams.
• Making reports of 3G rollout/swap and IBS sites.
• Use Mapinfo for cluster reports and SSV’s.
• Maintain SSV and Cluster tracker of daily activities.
• Optimize sites based on Coverage_RSCP and Quality_EcNo.
• 3G Pilot pollution analysis and reducing pilot pollution by hard parameter optimization.
• Neighbor definition check of 3G sites.
• Applying WAPS for physical changes.
• Addition of 3G-3G, 3G-2G neighbors and delete illogical neighbors to reduce ping pong Handover.
• Provide technical support to GSM DT engineers.
• KPIs monitoring and worst cell analysis and troubleshooting.
• Responsible for RF related issue and apply WAPS for physical changes and correction of parameters.
• Submission of KPI\'s reports to customer for approval on desired template.
• Traffic balancing by changing parameter (C2, PBGT etc) to overcome congestion problem.
• Post processing of 2G Rollout, Swap and expansion project.
• Perform pre-post cluster Benchmark reports and SSV’s using Tems & MapInfo.
• Log file analysis and troubleshooting related to coverage and quality degradation.
• JV’s with the technical department for RF related issues like interference, H/W problem, MAIO clashes.
• Maintain SSV and Cluster tracker of daily activities.
